The music played by Guilty Pleasures won’t ever make the rock critics top ten’s but it’s played free of irony and celebrates pop music in all it’s glorious forms.
Sean Rowley began the night in the 150 capacity Hammersmith Working Men’s Club in 2004 and discovering he was not alone in his love for ELO and Hall & Oates‚ he moved the night to the Islington Academy and then as momentum rapidly grew‚ on to the amphitheatre–like KOKO in Camden which is transformed monthly into a cathedral of pop for 1500 pop-hungry devotees.
